Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, the following professional tools cannot be returned:

  • Butcher knives and butcher tools
  • Baker lames and baking tools that have been unwrapped
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Custom-ordered knife sets or baking frames
